How do I pay for my Care?
We send bills fortnightly.
How much would my care cost me?
We prepare a person-centred quotation based on your needs. This will be discussed and agreed with you.
How do I access help when the office is closed?
Our office opening hours are 09:00 to 17:00 hours. However, we have someone to man the telephone from 16:30 to 08:30 hours. The contact number for the out of hours service shall be given to you upon commencement of the contract.
How safe is the service?

Acacia Healthcare Services Ltd is registered and regulated with all the registration bodies. We are also members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA).

What happens if I want to change my care package?

We review each package frequently or as need be because experience tells us circumstances do change.

What tasks shall my carer undertake?
We shall formulate and agree with you a detailed care plan specifically tailored on your needs which will indicate all the tasks our staff are to carry out.
